Jane Seymour Admits Breast Lift, Now Here's Her Other Secrets

Actress Jane Seymour confesses that an eye lift and breast implants contribute to her fabulous face and body at 61. But the real secret to lasting beauty, she says, is something anybody can do.

She credits a lifelong dedication to fitness and health for helping her land a role as a Bond girl in 1973 and for her stunning appearance today.

At five-feet, three inches tall, Seymour weighs a healthy 115 pounds. Although she?s considered slender, she also feels fit thanks to regular exercise. Her choice is Pilates and Isometrics.

?I get on the treadmill for 10 minutes to half an hour. I also do light weights very carefully and use the Pilates machine,? she says.

As for diet, she doesn?t restrict what she eats. She just eats small portions. ?I?m not obsessive [about diet and exercise] but I do work at it,? Jane told the Daily Mail.

Seymour has never been one to avoid life, and that includes five children and four husbands. When she was pregnant with twins in 1995, late in life at 44, her weight ballooned and she struggled with a 56-inch waist.

?It was nearly impossible, physically,? she says. ?I looked like Tweedledum. I have very small feet, too, so I actually toppled over once or twice and had to be caught.?

If 60 is the new 40, Jane says she plans to look the part without resorting to plastic surgery or Botox. ?I?m proud of my wrinkles,? she says. ?They give my face character. As an actress, you mess with that at your peril.?

In addition to acting, Seymour has written self-help and inspirational books. Her first, ?Jane Seymour?s Guide to Romantic Living? was published in 1986. She followed that with a book about giving birth to twins, ?Two at a Time: Having Twins,? Her other works include ?Remarkable Changes? (2003), and ?Among Angels? (2010).
